Students on SU London’s Summer Photo / Video program will look at London through aesthetic, critical, cultural and social contexts and discuss current debates around the still and moving image. They will explore the various geographic areas of London and uncover the rich diversity that exists.The course will provide a range of exciting activities relating to the development of the student?s own artistic practice.

Participants can choose to create a number of pieces that directly relate to their experiences and explorations of London, to work towards a final video project, or assemble a book of still images. One to one tutorials with the professors and visiting specialists, including many noted artists, photographers and film makers, will support the student in developing their artistic direction.
